The challenge
An issued license is not a compliant license
After the license come the permit conditions, reports, renewals and inspections. When all of that lives in spreadsheets and email, risk shows up at the worst possible moment.
Deadlines in someone’s head
Renewals and conditions tracked in spreadsheets depend on someone remembering to open the file in the right week.
Scattered evidence
Reports, filing receipts and proof in network folders and inboxes. When the inspector arrives, the search begins.
No big picture
Each site tracks things its own way, and leadership only learns what is at risk when someone consolidates everything by hand.
